Yale Bologna Festival

Yale has made bologna since 1906, and its last processor standing - C. Roy, makers of 'Yale Bologna' since 1924 - donates two tons of it every July so a Thumb town of 2,000 can balloon to 20,000 lunchmeat pilgrims. Crown the Bologna King and Queen, enter the bologna ring toss and the outhouse races, and eat it fried, on a stick, and every way in between.
