Westland Multicultural Festival

Westland officially declares the last week of September Multicultural Week, and the city's festival caps it off. The first edition in 2025 opened with a leadership breakfast blessed by a Baptist pastor, a rabbi, and an imam, with Japan's consul general in the room. The weekend brings an international fashion parade, cultural song and dance on stage, a global marketplace, food trucks, and a Saturday community parade led by local media personalities.
