Blossomtime Festival
Michigan's oldest and largest multi-community festival has celebrated the Fruit Belt's spring bloom since 1906, uniting more than 20 southwest Michigan towns under one 'blessing of the blossoms.' The crown jewel is the Grand Floral Parade - over a century old, 120-plus units of flower-covered floats, bands, and the famed Indianapolis police motorcycle drill team - winding 2.5 miles from St. Joseph across the river into Benton Harbor before a quarter-million spectators.
