Woodward Dream Cruise

The largest one-day automotive event in the world - roughly 40,000 classic cars and over a million spectators along sixteen miles of Woodward Avenue, the road where Detroit's muscle car culture was born and where street racing between the Big Three's test drivers was an open secret. Started in 1995 as a fundraiser expecting 5,000 people; 250,000 showed up.
