American Speed Festival

M1 Concourse is a former GM manufacturing complex turned into a private motorsport playground — garages, a performance track, and a straightaway where owners actually open up their cars. The Speed Festival brings it public for a weekend: vintage racers, supercars, drag racing, and a venue that only exists because someone looked at an abandoned factory and saw a racetrack.
