Blueberry Lane Farms Blueberry Festival

This family farm has been growing blueberries in the Thumb since 1949 - now 124 acres and twenty-odd varieties, all raised without herbicides or pesticides, making it one of the largest u-pick operations in the Midwest. For three free days each summer the fields open alongside artisan vendors, live music, horse rides, and food trucks, with the on-site bakery turning out blueberry pancakes, pies, and smoothies and the general store stocked with syrup, lemonade, and honey from the farm's own hives.
