Kalapalooza (Mac & Cheese Fest)

Kalamazoo merged two of its biggest food festivals in 2026 to create one two-day blowout billed as the city's last party of the summer. Friday is the Taco & Tequila Festival - street tacos, tequila tastings, lucha libre wrestling, and throwback hip-hop headliners - and Saturday belongs to Michigan's Mac & Cheese Festival, with 25-plus takes on the country's favorite comfort food and rock acts closing it out at Honor Credit Union Stadium.
