Fairy Festival

Each spring the Jackson School of the Arts transforms downtown Jackson into an immersive fairy-tale kingdom - led by a director who goes by 'Head Fairy' - as a fundraiser for arts scholarships for local kids. Wander through the Fairy Kingdom, Mermaid Cove, Neverland (Captain Hook's ship included), and an Alice in Wonderland realm, meet costumed fairy princesses, enter the fairy-garden contest, and absolutely wear your own wings - the grown-ups do too.
