Hogstravaganza Festival
This small southwest Michigan town of 1,800 turns its historic Main Street into a social district for a weekend of gloriously unpretentious fun. The lineup is pure small-town Americana: outhouse races, a hog-calling contest, mini tractor pulls, a watermelon toss, a parade, craft booths, and live music under the late-summer lights - the kind of festival where the whole community shows up because the whole community made it.
