The winter counterpart to Dumpling Fest - ramen, pho, lo mein, and noodles from across Asia served indoors during Grand Rapids' World of Winter, when the city programs its way through the worst stretch of the year. Run by the Grand Rapids Asian-Pacific Foundation.
