Grand Rapids Cider Week

Just north of downtown, the Fruit Ridge grows nearly three-quarters of Michigan's apples - and Michigan has more certified cideries than any state in the country - so Grand Rapids spends nine days each May celebrating what those orchards become. Tap takeovers, chef-paired cider dinners, and orchard tours run all week, timed to coincide with the world's largest cider competition, before everything culminates at Rosa Parks Circle with 50-plus Michigan ciders, live music, and local food.
