GR Intl Wine, Beer & Food Festival

Two convention halls, twelve hundred labels, and fifteen thousand people make this the largest tasting event in the Midwest - Michigan wineries and breweries sharing floor space with wines and spirits from around the world, plus dishes from the area's best restaurants. Admission gets you a sampling glass, chef demonstrations on the food stage, and Meet the Maker talks; pours run on drink credits loaded onto a wristband. It lands in late November, when there's not much else to do in Grand Rapids but eat and drink well indoors.
