Blandford Sugarbush Festival

Grand Rapids' sugar-season tradition, run by an urban nature center. In 2024, Blandford called the event its 54th year of celebrating the arrival of spring, so it has been a fixture of the city's late winter for more than five decades. Sugaring demonstrations and nature programming happen at Blandford Nature Center on the northwest side. Weather can cancel the event, and refunds are offered if it does.
