Copper Harbor Trails Fest

At the very end of the road, where the Keweenaw runs out into Lake Superior, sits a town of a few hundred people with one general store, one brewery, no cell service, and one of the best mountain bike trail systems in the world - 50-plus miles of volunteer-built singletrack that IMBA rates a Silver Level Ride Center, free to ride. Labor Day weekend brings downhill, enduro, and cross-country races, a kids' race, a trail run, an Art Bike show, and two nights of live music. To find your friends, you just walk down the main street.
